Interested in the intention to list here. Also wondering if perhaps capital has come out of REE to prepare for this? It will be an interesting scenario having both listed on the ASX - once on I will probably sit on what I have of REE and then accumulate KCC but will come down to how the market chooses to deal with valuing the respective ownership of the JV assets. Perhaps there will be arbitrage opportunities from mispricing. eg In the context of a heated market, could there be times we see KCC priced at 100% and REE separately for it's 35% (+ near 10% shares in KCC) giving effectively a double dip. Just idle musings on my part.

Also I would support REE participating to maintain or even increase it's shares in KCC.
