I think more likely is the other stocks offering 15%+ will cut their dividend... that seems to be a recurring pattern?

Which of those other stocks have affirmed their 15%+ for the next 12 months?

Otherwise:
It is offering a yield of 8% and trading on an earnings multiple of about 3....

Compare this to say:

SGP: PE of 8
WDC: PE of 9

...I haven't looked at any of the others (or these 2 for that matter) in great detail... but my view is buy cheap - and PE of about 1/3 is cheapest - so long as balance sheet is in order and assets are quality (both of which are ticks in my view).

So, its not just a yield play at such prices... its a capital growth play too.
