no. it's because osp runs on rumour and sells on news and given the ge news doesn't yet have financial details disclosed in most recent news, it got hammered.
need to see a turn around in revenue and clipping of expenses, as mike has mentioned the ge deal will provide significant value, though that will only come to light based on sales and distribution, and revenue.
