With a MC of $240mil, if a big pharma sees merit in IMU's treatments, they will just open their cheque book and buy the company outright.

It is a dog eat dog world when it comes to pharmaceuticals.

We just need to see the SP go up to 60 cents or more so it makes any TO a much more difficult and costly scenario.

Big pharmas have their eyes on any company with a novel treatment and if the trials are even looking half interesting, they won't wait for those trials to be completed - they will just want to snap up those companies at the cheapest price they can.

So the current trials will need to be showing promise before that happens so it is quite possible that by the end of the year the SP will rocket and some form of offer could be forthcoming.

May be an exciting six months ahead.
