i don't think it's fully registered yet, as it is currently in 'Published for Opposition' stage. Further research on Justia website says that

"Any party who believes it may be damaged by registration of the mark has thirty (30) days from the publication date to file either an opposition to registration or a request to extend the time to oppose"

which in this case will be around 14 August based on event date? if no opposition, then will move to next stage of registration process (which I assume will be the finalisation).

Not sure if this has anything to do with FDA clearance, but I think this aligns well with the quarterly mentioning August expected announcement.
