Never ... you are correct. It amazes me how the topic keeps coming up here .... it has never been something that fits in any way with their philosophy.
All of their plans revolve around custom built facilities to their own design. Most of the data centres owned by telecommunication companies are pretty ordinary and don't meet their requirements. NEXTDC are very fixated on Uptime rankings ... and UTI are very complimentary about NXT.
You won't find any telecom data centres coming close to meeting those requirements.
