It is fairly standard for every shareholder to be able to apply for up to the same amount in a SPP. I don’t think this makes a difference to anything, smaller shareholders are just generally scaled back if they make large applications. What is different in this case I think is the minimum application amount required. I usually see much smaller minimums eg $1,000.
