Totally agree about not limiting expectations ... he is the light of my life! My daughter is a teacher and has two other children. She sets the same standards for them all ...
Perhaps my willingness to entertain the idea of a correlation has been mistaken for acceptance. I’m a former teacher, as well ... just seems like the number of special ed students has exploded. It can’t simply be assigned due to closer scrutiny/diagnosis. Food for thought!
