Can someone advise me if they open up the road for R&D for condisoil and construction , why would they still push ahead for 100M cost of PDF. It is very obvious since Australia and US welcome Lynas with the plan to do fertiliser from WLP in Perth, it will be reveal how stupid Malay gov make such wasteful punishment for a good company like LYnas.
