Agree: ‘stupid ... wasteful punishment’ of a high technology company employing 98% local highly qualified staff. Lynas has met EVERY onerous regulatory requirement; even the galling directive to shut down research into its proven Condisoil fertiliser additive. All without any REASON being given by a capricious former DAP science Minister who never deigned to visit the LAMP.
My overall conclusion: based on its appalling record over the last decade, Malaysia doesn’t deserve to be a destination for high technology industries.
