FTR, I've been a shareholder since 2015.
1. Nope. It might have been legally permissible, but I would not trust someone who behaves in such a manner. I would've sold my shares purely on this fact if I could've.
2. No idea. NSX is a distraction.
3. Don't care. As I said before, NSX is a distraction.
4. I don't think this company will ever trade on a major exchange again. I did not vote to delist personally, but the majority of shares in the company did vote that way. I don't think the company can trade on the ASX again after that, unless the vote is ruled to be invalid. I don't see any other major exchange accepting ISX after all this.
The quality of the businesses customers appears to be low, based on information that's been made public. I've lost faith in the management, and the product, and I'm not sure I even trust their releases for accuracy anymore.
