So are the nursing homes. The only thing that stopped the deaths in Newmarch House in NSW was locking it down and compulsory testing of all staff every two days - and Dan just wont do that. He prefers staff to voluntarily get tested after they get symptoms (and have infected everyone in the nursing home). -> Expect thousands to die as a result of this.
