It's a great outcome. Funders probably required a certain capital structure. I.e. higher proportion of equity. And that's guaranteed now also. They probably have a bit more flexibility now cost wise and can move forward on next project in timely manner.
The likely excess funding means contingencies can be managed easily which is not a bad thing.
