They're giving you $1.70+ shares for $1.10 and that's bad management because you've got to cough up a lazy 50c for a god-damn stamp?! Put it into perspective.....geez.....
And just out of interest - only 93% of ROC's placement was taken up. Hardman's institutional placing was oversubscribed by two or three times in Australia and by more overseas. And since the placement was announced, HDR has gone from the $1.30's to $1.70 yesterday and ROC has gone the other way - from $1.70's to $1.58. But that couldn't possibly be a reflection on the management could it?!
