Pacific Edge held their AGM today. The CEO was asked whether they would ever consider acquiring the midkine portfolio from CDY.
He said NO - especially given the patent covering the midkine for CxBladder expires next month!!
I might have only been born yesterday - but I would have thought you would protect your IP for as long as possible - especially if you were receiving royalty payments as a result of that IP. Maybe you can't extend IP protection in Ozzie...
