IMO Hygea was announced for the first Naddaq listing.

US$ 30 million is a hell of a lot of money and NOT ONE CENT of revenue to GMV over the ensuing 24 month period. ???? That’s a lot of difference $0 vs US$30 million. It’s the same as an empty wheel barrow of nothing and a cement truck full of money.

Personally I think (along with UTF) that China will not issue a CDFA for the Prizma any time soon. I think it’s cooked in China and somehow the once Holy Grail is being swept under the carpet. I have lots of thoughts but another day.....
