One cannot judge how the overall economy is going simply by looking at a video of one shopping complex on youtube.
Jatcorp's current revenue is mainly via online sells, and opening a physical store soon isn't going to kill them either.
Let's say you buy a business, or in this case a portion of a business via stocks, wouldn't you want to let the business grow over time rather than just sell it because of one bad year?
