Got what they paid for. Using a contractor without tendering or developing a detailed JobSafetyAnalysis or picking upt the problem therein was like asking a first year electrical apprentice out to rewire a powerboard.
They had no idea of the seriousness of the situation.
And it looks like the clowns running the state had no idea how serious the matter was.
