attended at agm,had discussions about Bhushan deal.
I asked directors from Bhushan at meeting and they are committed to the deal today.Then I questioned that the deal has no real meaning to the company as Bhushan only injects money when cash balance bellows 2 million rather than 32 million within 3 months time frame.
It gives Bhushan the rights to lock us in but without real commitment.
BWN has robust reserve but we are just giving upside away.
Frank rasied some questions that made how stupid the deal was.
