To be fair to the board.. it's not their fault the govt forced all the retailers to close. We won't know how well the board and mgmt have done until we have an idea of what agreements are in place with the retailers and how they've dealt with people like Sol Lew.
I am a little surprised the SP is continuing to drop on this announcement! I thought it was a reasonably reassuring one.
