That 11 August record date is one of the reasons for the massive SP explosion this morning - as all todays buyers know that they will be getting another 20% of their holdings at 7.5 cents.

It was a very well constructed CR - and Bevan Slattery obviously will open a huge amount of (seriously large) doors for IHR.

BS is obviously already loaded with $, but he has made some serious coin in the last couple of weeks off the 3DP & IHR announcements

And the CEO of IHR picked a pretty good time to pick up another 1,500,000 IHR shares as part of this CR / transaction - now worth around a lazy $300,000.

Be interesting to see how this growth story unfolds over the new few months / years.
