I wonder what the deal is with Peloton? Their remuneration is 5,000,000 call options, a $0.25 strike price with 3 years until maturity. Forgoing a payday upfront, with a potential big payday later? Interesting.
Add to this Resolution 4 from AGM - issue of 250,000 options to Jethro Marks at $0.65.
Either some are extremely confident in the future of DRO, or the company has throwing out some serious red herrings.
