Bbus might be at an ATL however the S&P500, on which bbus is based, is not at an ATH. I guess the etf’s decay (via daily rebalancing etc) is responsible. So if the S&P continues to climb then bbus will continue to fall + decay. The only floor for bbus is the ceiling for the S&P, and where that is is anyone’s guess. Theoretically the S&P could continue to climb for the foreseeable future with no major correction. Unlikely but possible. That’s why I gave up even short-trading the swings on the BBs because the market is tied primarily to sentiment and it’s impossible to pick when and how that will change. Gltah.
