Few more red flags:
1) Atlassian constantly grows by acquiring 'low valued customer'
2) 20% performance fee, which is standard for active funds, is massive (emphasized with bold type...)
3) Misunderstanding of simple late fee structure
4) Constantly quoting Buffet and how rich people behave
Someone who reads too much 'how to get rich' dummy series without any real world experience I'd say.
