I think the ASX and ASIC are absolutely useless.
ASIC should be replace in whole imo....they seem to do nothing to protect the public.
How can theysay all is ok...then days later freeze all that money.
With MFS....to this day....11 months after being suspended...ASIC still has not done one single thing to investigate the tens of millions the ex-CEO Michael King had taken from the company.
He still sits at his property in Queensland worth over 20 million and has numerous other properties.
and to think...HFA came from MFS.
Seriously be careful people. I wouldn't be surprised is HFA is investigated heavily from saying all ok..then days later freezing the money and also from their link to MFS.
