Let me get this straight, the Howard government bringing unemployment down to record lows was a "tax grab". You have got to be joking! Of course more tax was paid under the Howard government because unemployment fell from 10.77% to 4.3%. Every single person earning money was paying a lower rate of tax and you complain about paying more. Had the Howard government not made the tax concessions we would all be paying a great deal more tax.
