Are you sure that it was stated at the AGM that no capital raising would be take place? I do not recall exact words - but there is a difference between 'not required' and 'not happening'. Suring up the balance sheet in this financial environment is not a bad move in my opinion - I would rather see some additional dilution at the end game, than run out of money before it even kicks off.
Further, subsequent to the QTR where it was officially stated that no raising would be necessary - there have been 3 positive announcements. All of which I would assume would require some level of company resources to fulfill.
I guess I fall into category 2 - however it is not mere 'faith' in company management. I happen to like the look of the clientele... alot.
