I guess that’s the question on everyone’s lips. It seems confusing reading the announcements, the original raising announcement seems to say that the decision would be made following the placement. The SPP booklet suggested that the decision is to be made post placement + SPP, if this is the case it seems absurd as the SPP is underwritten?
What is everyone else’s take on this?
