PSA's EPS was 21.1c last year. EPS will probably be double? this year when Vermillion comes on line (in less than a couple of months). With natural gas prices so high, EPS growth will be staggering.
PSA is currently trading on a PE of 5 (using last years 21.1c/share earnings). Going forward it has to be trading on a PE of 2? maybe even less!!??
ADD to this bonanza - a new drilling program at Vermillion + further exploration on the other recently acquired GOM leases, AND the highly possible prospect of China going ahead..
The reason you are selling IS ?? Please enlighten - I am quite flabbergasted. Are you crazy?
Technically, the 180dayEMA is holding the price up at the moment - but it doesn't look overly convincing does it.
