Like @Seth said, Ecopro (EM) will buy 100%+ of all downstream cathode product - they have contracts to fill on their end too and JVs with bigger fish than us.

As we will more than likely JV with Ecopro on downstream, like above we will fall under the Ecopro BM line. Call the new entity Ecopro VN.
So presuming BSX are 50% of new JV entity (Ecopro VN).
I doubt it will have a 50% control on the product destination. It should be seen as a whole entity with the purpose to fill Ecopros contracts.
Management will not mess around with Eco, they are crucial to our growth story. We have more deposits with Nickel plus Co.
