Perhaps not employment agencies but there will be plenty of jobs for Cad/software engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, mechanics, maintenance fitters etc.
I don't know whether you've done some sort of brick/blocklaying and/or retainer wall construction but from my experience, it is a shit occupation that debilitates your body. The human race has become the most dominant force on this planet due to our ability to adapt to every situation/environment. I'm sure we'll manage.
