I've been doing that for ages. On its own I didn't lose weight, if I did very slowly. Now I'm cutting back on the sweet wine [hello Watso ] it's quicker. I just fitted into my old work jeans.
Low carbs, high fat [otherwise you get hungry], no added sugar [you should even reduce sweet fruits] and eat at home without "budget" meals. Pay for real food. Beef gives you the Zn you need.
