Agree in normal circumstances, however we are talking about ESH, and as you said..they have done little over many years, and have built up a huge amount of shares on issue in that time...2 BILLION...
So this capital structure for a start needs urgent attention, hence a consolidation of capital coming imo and a CR if they are to get anything done...
Nothing ignorant at stating ESH have 2 BILLION plus shares on issue my friend.....
