if MVSS is profitable and is merged into ZYL that may prevent a need for a spp???
the spp is supposed to be for 55 million shares, not sure how many shares Mal would want for MVSS but as long as it isnt a ridiculous amount i would be in favour of a merger.
unless you are a very short term trader i wouldnt be taking the view that if Mal wins we lose! Mal wouldnt consider a merger for a daytrade win or even a short term win. he would be doing it to build a strong company for the medium to longer term and if that is the case we can all win.
