Cornell just filed in a substantial shareholder notice. Looks like they are holding onto latest shares for now.

Maybe they believe the GT / HNC "fair valuation" for their "partial takeover bid" at 42c ???

Technos need to take out 23+ pivot to reverse the mood IMO.

Would be happy for a right shoulder base creation at the "independent" valuation range for starters (22-28).

In a bit at 15.5 today.
