100% agree with you. My comment was more in relation to how FBR would even fit into a project like that, not specifically the HX.
The basement is probably the only aspect that doesn't operate in tandem with other trades.
As you suggest, they need a Greenfields or a Yarrabilba style project to showcase the HX in Aus.
