Yes, I agree with you that townhouses are in the scope of Hadrian. This program is specifically looking at apartment developments, where the government can buy a few within the development. If there is another relevant program that you can point me towards then that would be good. 2.7 billion doesn't mean FBR will see any of it.
Hopefully the Mexican program goes well and leads to something tangible.
