hi Retrobyte, thanks and glad to hear it from HR perspective. from a user perspective, I have not been very happy with most of the recruiting, onboarding, performance setting, measurement and feedback, calibration and merit/increment allocation tools that I have been using. some are good in certain aspect some are not and it is still fairly manual or tedious. I have not had the chance to look at IHR but I am interested to understand your perspective of why their product looks great. thanks in advance.
