1/ Who are Double Link, what are the names of the people involved.

2/ What deals have they done with Chinese companies.

3/ What are the remunerations paid by JRV to Double Link.

4/ What is Richard Campbell's role in Double Link and would he receive a commission if CRR signed a deal.

5/ How many shares does Richard Campbell or Double Link associates directly or indirectly hold in JRV.

6/ What evidence can you provide that CRR are still interested in doing a deal.

7/ Did Double Link hold seperate talks with CRR without JRV board approval before the Framework Agreement expired.

8/ Are Double Link talking with CRR without the authority of the JRV board.

9/ Did Richard Campbell or Double Link offer CRR a seperate deal outside the Framework Agreement without the approval of JRV.

10/ What is the current status of the relationship between JRV and Double Link.
