And of course if Obama does put 3 Million people to work re building the infrastructure that holds the country together, the POO will see a definite bounce.

I'm thinking this very low POO is driven by more than any surplus they talk about. IMO it was time for OPEC to secure their monopoly for the next 10 years. As soon as any talk of alternative energy and further exploration is put to bed they will pull the lever back to $ 100 barrel.

Nothing we can do about that. My bet is: in 6 months we will see POO heading right back up there again.

I'm sure the Senegal drill will work into this time frame, the JV's will have this considered. There is no alternative to oil at this time or in the near future.
