I agree its a forced seller and i believe its J P Morgan. It increased its holding by just over 1% (of the co) recently and (JPM) was almost immediately was downgraded by Merrill Lynch who cited liquidity problems. So there we have a large holder - with probs of its own - being forced to sell...at any price it would seem. I have no reason to believe its anything more sinister than that.
