Correct, fundamentally, this is the time to enter a stock. This is thing with biotech IPOs, you can buy on market at a very premium price. Reality is that most of biotech companies break the trend and downtrend for a long time. When momentum picks up such as regularity approvals and cap raises, the stock starts moving up slowly and creates a new stage, this is when you enter. New investors are in solid position whilst current investors are suffering because they fall in love with the story, the story was good from the beginning but there was always risk. Timing is very important.
