I got no idea what type of loan you are on, but my variable is at the moment on 6.09%, and just about to take out another $500,000 investment loan on 6.10%. Maybe your accoutn manager just stupid, but my loan manger is good to deal with.
Dividend coming in Feb, looking to be around 50cent.
