As a punter I use quite a few betting apps. Sportsbet Neds to name a few. I had previously used TAB but found both the App and there product far inferior to Sportsbet etc. Hadn't used TAB for some time. I got offered matching $100 deposit so I took it up. Now the past 2 days I've been trying to have a couple of bets on TAB. To me the app is worse then it was a few years ago. It just isn't easy to use. It should be the best app of the lot. Now as a shareholder this is a big concern. Does anyone else have similar opinions? If so what is the best way to give this feedback to TAB? I feel with a new CEO and chairperson coming on board it is a good time to give them this feedback
