Very interesting debate on whether the bomb should have been used. Must be debated in the context of WW2 and Japanese resistance to surrender - also the daily toll of conventional bombing on Japanese cities. Hiroshima was a terrible thing to do but arguably saved lives. Nagasaki never needed to happen
