You might be onto something @zfmich the status has changed.
I went back through the thread and on 24/7/2020 @Flambeau posted this screen shot from NOPTA. The status then was further information required
Now when you go to the NOPTA link

The status is back to Joint Authority for a Decision.
Hoping NOPTA now has all they need and the approval is forthcoming next week.
