    it may well be argued that management holdings and buybacks are a net drag on growth so any generalisation that a rise is 'dependent on management holdings' is broadly a misconception...

    in house holdings (and buybacks when they occur) disrupt growth strategy/ momentum severely inhibiting productivity.....
    sometimes known as introspective growth inertia.
