I do like many of your points, but you could cut Management a little slack, as they couldn't have foreseen such an aggressive change to our world in such a short time.

(as a side note, there do appear to be a number of Copycats on the market trying to keep up with what Zoono are doing which is interesting.)

It’s easy for us to pick apart faults here, many they’ve negotiated in short time while under resourced, and many more to go as they find their new normals.

I’d definitely prefer to have money invested in a company that’s navigating inside & outside chaos without debt and turning a (growing) profit. If they're making glaring mistakes while forging forward and profitable, what will Zoono be once they’ve corrected them?

The real question is, What is Zoono actually worth right now & going forward? Marketing and brand awareness will become a big part of that future valuation of course, but therein lies the fun & peril of investing in stocks right.
