If we can't hold our leaders accountable then who else?
All governments have an army of public servants, consultants, contractors and almost unlimited money at their disposal.
When they stuff up it used to be a feature of our Westminster system of responsible government that the relevant minister would resign.
In this matter the sheer scale of the consequences demands a much greater response.
These people take the title, the perks and the power. They must also take the consequences when they stuff up.
