They don't have a specific date because it depends on when the additional community will acknowledge to the MENDM that they have no concerns and exactly how long the processing will then take.

Having said that there have been no concerns raised by the additional community as far as I am aware, and ADV understands MENDM will renew the permit quickly after the acknowledgment.

The MENDM made a change to be more cautious because of COVID and require groups further away to acknowledge no concerns, essentially casting a wider net. Otherwise the Mishkeegogamang MOU previously agreed would have been sufficient. FIFO/ mining workers have been a huge COVID spreading issue worldwide, so this is understandable given the extra vulnerability of these communities. MENDM identified a community further away (Slate Falls) to now also give consent. ADV are certainly not the only company impacted as any permits being renewed are subject to this more cautious approach.

Per my previous posts ADV appear very confident of the FN groups acknowledgement and permitting process happening quickly saying they hope to announce rigs being mobilised shortly. (Paraphrasing - refer share cafe presentation). This is backed up by them expecting to do 3000m drilling in this summer season, enough for the updated JORC. Again this is in the presentation, so is what they believe as of 7th August.
